How do I order?
Pick a design, choose your colour and size, and add it to your basket. Then fill in your name, email and address and press "Send my order". Your email app opens with the order already written: just press send.
We reply with the total, postage included, and how to pay. Your order goes to print as soon as it's paid.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. From a UK bank, with an account number and sort code: it usually arrives the same day. From a bank outside the UK, with an IBAN and Swift code: it usually takes 1 working day, sometimes up to 5. We send you the details in our reply, with your order number to put as the reference.
Paying from outside the UK? The cheapest way is the Wise or Revolut app: it arrives like a UK payment, fast and with no fees. If you pay from your own bank, choose "OUR" for the fees so the full amount arrives. If it arrives short, we ask you for the difference before your order goes to print.
How much is postage?
UK, tracked: £2.88 for one t-shirt, £3.78 for a hoodie, sweatshirt, polo, mug or hat. For several items, we confirm the postage in our reply.
Outside the UK, it depends on your country. We tell you the exact price before you pay.
How long does it take?
Every item is printed for you once your payment has arrived. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days, then delivery:
- UK: 2 to 5 days, tracked
- Europe: 6 to 21 days, tracked
- USA: 3 to 5 days, tracked
- Rest of the world: 6 to 21 days, tracked
We send you the tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Which size should I get?
Each t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt and polo page has a size guide with the real measurements. The easiest way: lay a top you like flat, measure it armpit to armpit, and compare. Between two sizes? Take the bigger one.
Can I send it back?
Everything is printed to order just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges if you change your mind or pick the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order.
If your item arrives faulty, misprinted or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you, free of charge.
What are they made of?
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and polos are Stanley/Stella, made with organic cotton. T-shirts are 180 g/m², sweatshirts 350 g/m². The details are on each product page. Everything is printed in the UK.
